Cronus Capital is adept at evaluating and closing investments on an accelerated time frame to meet the objectives of sellers, partners and lenders. Given its ready access to discretionary capital, Cronus Capital can close transactions with no financing contingency in less than 30 days. The Fund invests throughout the United States in properties that generally adhere to the following investment criteria:

  • Single properties ranging from $10 million to $100 million in size
  • Portfolios of up to $150 million in transaction value
  • Acquire underperforming properties and develop a specific turnaround plan
  • Most property types including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and hotels
  • Holding period of 3 to 5 years
